REFUND POLICY
Please note that in-person classes and private classes are not refundable. Student substitution requests are accepted until the start of the course. For all other classes, refund requests should be submitted in writing within 3 days of the class start date. Refund requests should be submitted via email to training@peakbusiness.org. Verbal requests will not be accepted. Request should include the following information: student name, mailing address, reason for the request, and alternative solution if applicable (example, credit toward a future class). Money back guarantee is void once the participant has been issued the key to their PMI student kit or has attended class for more than 3 hours (10% of classroom hours). Any refund request beyond 3 days of the class start date will not be accepted and no refund will be provided. No refunds or credits will be available for participants who fail to attend two consecutive days of the course without prior notice to the instructor.
Peak reserves the right to reschedule/cancel an event because of technology platform failure, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc). In case Peak cancels an event without rescheduling, 100% of course fees will be refunded to the participant. However, logistics or any personal expense incurred by learners/participants will not be refunded.
Refunds will be issued to the original payor in the form of a check, mailed within 15 business days of approval.
